G07 Tweenbanx Details

Stay at Tweenbanx where you can relax in all home comforts just a short walk from the beach. Hear the sound of the sea in the distance, feel the breeze as it rushes through the dune grass, hear the birds singing and see the rabbits playing in the dunes.

Newly built for 2023, Tweenbanx is set in a quieter area of the Chalet camp, decorated throughout with fresh apple white paint,  white glossed doors and white windows cills. The chalet has dedicated wi-fi, allowing you to keep the family entertained and make use of the smart TV for all your favourite shows. Although you are on holiday, you will also have the ability to work from the chalet if needs be, so Tweenbanx is also a great choice for a business trip allowing you comfort and functionality.

Outside space - With your own front door and sufficient parking outside for 2 cars minimum, you can enjoy the evening sunsets from the picnic bench on the spacious grassed area,  which leads directly off the lounge patio doors. An outside tap and bucket is provided to wash out your beachwear, as well as a rotary  line for drying clothes.

Kitchen/ lounge/diner - This warm and welcoming space has everything you need for a short break or an extended stay. As it is an open plan area, you can enjoy cooking, dining and relaxing together in one lovely space.  In the lounge area, there are 2 sofas, a smart TV,  TV unit and a nest of tables. There are also coat hooks behind the door. The kitchen/dining area hosts a table with benches to accommodate up to 6 people as well as a fully furnished kitchen. This includes an electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan, washing machine and full sized fridge freezer. If you like to cook, everything you need is here, and you can arrange deliveries from local supermarkets to fill your fridge freezer on arrival! Under the sink you will find an iron and clothes pegs, as well as a hairdryer.

To access the bedrooms there is a hallway which leads off the lounge/kitchen/diner. There are no bedrooms directly off the lounge which is great if you want to put children to bed to escape any noise, or if you want to get some rest away from it all. All rooms have blackout curtains to aid a sound night's sleep, or even a daytime nap!

Bedroom 1 - This is double bedroom with bedside cabinets and lamps either side, a wardrobe for hanging space with integrated drawers and a large wall mirror. The room is spacious with plenty of floor space and room under the bed for extra storage.

Bedroom 2  - This is a twin room containing two single beds, sited well apart within the room. There is a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and plentiful sockets. There is plenty of floor space as well as room to store items under the bed. A small table top mirror is provided.

Bedroom 3 - This bedroom has bunk beds, suitable for younger children as well as a small bedside cabinet and lamp. There is also an open storage cupboard where you can store personal effects and clothing, and an open storage section where you will find an ironing board, broom, dustpan & brush, clothes airer and pop up laundry hamper. There is also room for storage under the bed.

Bathroom - The bathroom has a large level access shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. An under sink vanity unit is provided for storage, as well as a shaving socket and mirror with lighting. An extractor fan is also installed. A heated towel rail is provided, as well as wall hooks for your clothes / towels making it easier for you when showering. With safety in mind, the bathroom has a safety lock, which means it can be locked from the inside, but unlocked from the outside in the event of an emergency. 

With wide 2ft 9 doors throughout the property, a ramped access to the front door, and a 2ft 9 corridor which leads off into the rooms, the property is spacious and accessible to those with restricted mobility.

With safety in mind, there are smoke detectors throughout the property, escape windows, and both the front door and patio doors operate on thumb turn keys from the inside in the event of an emergency. There is also emergency lighting in the hallway and bathroom, to support in the unlikely event of a power cut. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket is also provided although in the event of an emergency we advise all guests to evacuate immediately and to call 999. 

In the lounge you will also find a locked cupboard - this is a service cupboard which houses the water tank and consumer unit - this area is restricted access to the owner / management agent only.
